Corporate controlling

With our traditional controlling service, we satisfy the management's information needs in order to establish the decisions that arise during corporate governance. We are able to think with the heads of leaders, so in our analyses we prepare in advance for relevant issues and look for causal relationships.

High-quality controlling cannot do without accurate and credible basic accounting data, so we understand the language of accounting and work with accounting staff. Our service covers the following areas:

• We create a business model of the company that is suitable for the preparation of long-term, strategic plans.
• We transform long-term plans into operational, annual plans, based on which the company's performance becomes measurable on a monthly basis.
• We will build the company's cash-flow controlling system, with the help of which the managers will be able to assess the financial situation of the company within one or two days after the closing of the accounting, well before the closing of the accounts.
• We develop a reporting system that fits the needs of management. Our experienced controllers process large amounts of data from accounting databases and regularly present reliable reports to managers. Our employees also personally participate in management discussions so that we can satisfy ad hoc issues and analysis needs.

Ownership controlling

An acquisition of a company or a raising of capital never ends with the payment of the purchase price or the provision of the amount of the capital increase, these are at most one of the highlights of the investment. Anyone who has been involved in a similar process knows that the real work only begins after that.

It is not enough to be able to acquire, you need to “own well” businesses. We provide a controlling service to our partner owners that ensures that they have all the information they need to make informed decisions:

• We prepare the company's business model and the long-term, strategic plan through which we update the change in goodwill from time to time. In order to identify the main value-creating factor, sensitivity tests are performed if necessary.
• We monitor capital market events and make suggestions for the implementation of available and optimal financing structures.
• Keeping ownership in mind, we continuously analyse, monitor the company’s performance and draw attention to it if we find that we have deviated from the designated path. Our system ensures that suggestions are made to improve efficiency.
• We prepare appropriate quality reports and resolution preparation materials for member meetings and general meetings.
